  • Safeguarding: Prepare environment for preventative physical and psychological risks; Work within frameworks to ensure trauma informed service delivery; Report any suspicions, concerns, allegations or disclosures of abuse, risk of harm or neglect to management and comply with mandatory reporting obligations
  • Health support: Understand medical plans of young people; Support young people with visits to GP’s and specialist medical support; Dispense and administer medication in accordance with protocols and plans; Reporting on missed, refused or disturbances to medication plan
  • Teamwork: Engagement with team members to share responsibility for the wellbeing, safety and positive outcomes for people supported; Agree on daily and weekly allocation of responsibilities with team members; Attend and participate in group Reflection and Support
  • Administrative duties: Write and update case notes about young people supported into the relevant system; Record data to measure outcomes; Report incidents; Completion of core training
