Currently employed as the onsite Human Resource Coordinator at a 24/7 operation coal mine in Blackwater QLD. Within this role I am responsible and serve as the first point of contact for the day-to-day personnel management of Mining Pro's on-site employees.

  • Coordinate site payroll processing, ensuring accurate compensation for all employees based on hours worked and applicable deductions.
  • Conduct performance and discipline management of Mining Pro personnel, addressing any issues promptly and in accordance with company and host client policies.
  • Manage contractor management framework requirements, ensuring the submission of the clients contractor management system documents and their monthly updates.
