· Diverse experience employed in international organisations based in Thailand as a humanitarian worker with field experience and trainer in international human rights law and practice. Experience in working in cross cultural settings.
· Since moving to Australia in 2016, I have taken time out to pursue my lifelong interest in the culinary arts by working as a professional chef. Having followed through with training and working as a chef, I resumed my interest in working in the public sector, especially in legal working environment.
· Since I have joined that ACT Courts in January 2022, I successfully manage civil subpoena process in the Civil Listing team and also served clients – court users as part of the Counter team.
· Documenting, managing subpoena process for civil matters and ensuring their compliance with Court Procedure Rules;

· Associating in Courts in the Return of Subpoenas hearing and lodging outcomes onto the system;
· Arranging an appointment with external stakeholders and administer the inspection of subpoena production;
· Processing documents filed for civil matters, checking compliance, maintaining court files and preparing files and subpoenas for hearing;
· Providing advice and information to clients over the phone regarding court practices and procedures.
· Provided advice to court users at the counter regarding general information, court procedure;
· Directed court users to relevant units and liaised with court staff, legal practitioners and members of the public regarding general enquiries;
· Responsible in taking monetary payments into courts such as court filing fees or criminal fines;
· Checked if documents filed over the Counter were compliant with Court Procedure Rules, entered information onto ICMS and passed them to responsible units.

· Conversed with individuals in crisis which called or texted hotline for assistance.
· Attended Domestic Violence crisis calls, identified clients’ needs and conducted safety plan with clients;
· Provided individual support and information to clients through legal processes including advocacy through family violence order applications and support to victims of crime;
· Conducted referrals to relevant government and community agencies as required including Police, Legal Aid, Courts and refuges.
