Paris Alagic

During my time at KFC Cleveland and Centenary Stores I assisted in daily operations to maintain a clean and organized workspace, supported team members by learning various tasks and responsibilities quickly such as order taking, drive through, packing orders and cooking, as-well as upskilling and progressing in my career to a position with higher responsibilities and independence. I followed safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all staff as-well as adhering to the food and safety guidelines required. I also provided excellent customer service by packing orders promptly and with a high attention to detail while also ensuring the service i provide leaves customers with a smile on their face. I contributed to positive team dynamics through effective communication and teamwork skills and kept track of inventory and end of day records once i had begun training to become a manager.

During my time at the small business cafe I learnt how to become more self-motivated and gained a stronger sense of personal responsibility. I also worked effectively in fast-paced environments while multitasking and attending to customers when needed. I am skilled at working independently and collaboratively in a team environment and have a proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations, as I moved from my position as a dish-hand (clearing tables, washing dishes and restocking), to front counter (serving food and beverages, making smoothies, milkshakes and iced drinks and preparing cabinet foods, serving customers), and then into the kitchen (prepping food, cooking meals and assisting head cook), sometimes managing all 3 during a shift. i also became proficient in taking phone orders and ensuring they were prepped and ready to serve for when the customer arrives. i demonstrate a high level of respect, friendliness and willingness to help in every aspect of life and always ensure my tasks are done perfectly and efficiently.
