I am currently training in various medical areas to assist children and families at PCH.

• Guided troubled individuals to tools and resources necessary for healing.
• Helped clients navigate social services system and access needed resources.

Second Practicum was at St John of God Midland in the Mental Health Ward for older adults, this was a 4 week Practicum.

• Building therapeutic relationships
• Hospitality (Making tea and coffee)

• Performed general cleaning by sweeping and mopping floors, washing dishes and emptying trash.
• Prepared food and beverages and verified adherence of quality and safe food-handling standards.
• Delivered excellent customer service to support company reputation and patron satisfaction.

• Communicated with customers to promptly resolve complaints and address inquiries.

First Practicum as a student nurse was at Brightwater Birralee Aged Care home for 3 weeks.
