Assistant in different wards and responsible for patient service

• Assist patients at different wards, Responsible for managing sales activities, monthly reporting Major Duties and Responsibilities:.
• Processing till transactions and reconciliation accurately and correctly.
• Managing the customer profile cards and updating.
• Calculation and entry of daily report and monthly reports on Excel spread sheet.
• Reconcile monthly sales report each month.
• Interpretation of employment related legislation and documents to response team members` queries of working hours and entitlement of allowances.
• Support with other departments for ad hoc duties.

• Responsible for managing New Zealand payroll and other related duties.
• Major Duties and Responsibilities:.
• Processing end to end payrolls (weekly).
• Managing the master file such as create new starters’ file and updating when change of personal information or other status.
• Processed the entry of STDN, JTOP and payment of leaves.
• Running reports for related departments, creating reports for reconciliation end of each payroll, and month-end, familiar and assist with year-end payroll process.
• Shared with others of the duty of filing of payroll documents.
• Support with HR and financial department for ad hoc reports.
