Patience Scott

I completed work experience at Harcourt's for a few months through school and loved this job, I helped with tasks such as photocopying and handling online forms and applications.

I started an apprenticeship at Mia Bella in July, but resigned as the salon was not the right fit for me.

My tasks here on a daily basis included washing hair,styling, cleaning, preparing drinks,stocking shelves,answering phone calls and communicating and socialising with customers.

This job allowed me to further my customer service skills.
