Conduct Inspection of Facilities Electrical System in North Luzon.
- Transformer, MCB/MTS, ACPDB, Wires, Genset, Rectifier, Battery, Grounding
· Reviews, Schedules and Conduct Acceptance for Upgraded Facilities by HT / BAU Vendors (AC Upgrade) and New Facilities (CME, Permanent Power and Temporary Power).
· Serves as Acceptance Spoc for North Luzon Power in HT and BAU Vendors.
· Computes and assess AC/DC Power in MWAN, Transport, Wireless (Rectifier, Battery, Transformer and Genset) when there are upgraded technologies in Site Facilities.
· Reviews and Approves As built for Small Cell.
· Monitors and Update 3G to 4G Migration, JEDI, Permanent Power, Transport, AC Upgrade and Temporary Power to other groups / domains.
· Validate and Update ASCEO for Sites endorsed for Descoping and Dropping.
· Monitors, update and provide report Fortress Facilities Database for Power.
· Reviews Provisional and Final Acceptance Certificate provided by vendors prior close-out.
· Provides Engineering Work Notice for Agile Expansion, Common Infra and Transport Network Group.
· Assists NSCM for Tempo Power Rehabilitation, Pantawid Power MDB.
· Conducts New Site, Permanent Power and AC Upgrade Acceptance Cadence to HT and BAU Vendors.
· Attends meetings with other group and regions for alignment and guidelines.
· Coordinates with Facility Operations for Site Facility Acceptance and project Updates.
· Coordinates with IMP for PO Audit Validation and alignment.
· Evaluation of Billing of Vendors.
· Function as M&E Coordinator for all electromechanical works.
· Overseas, supervises & coordinates the proper implementation of electromechanical system.
· Supervises and manages the preparation of Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD).
· Monitors all Electromechanical activities, documents, records & accomplishment;
· Performs Preliminary and Final Testing on all M&E Works.
· Preparation on Schedule, Interfacing schedule, Balance of works
· Coordinates with the Client’s consultant and Trade contractors regarding the Electromechanical works;
· Attends Project Technical Group (PTG) meetings with Owner & Consultants and Weekly Operations Meeting with Operations Team and all Trade Contractors
· Testing & Commissioning of Electromechanical Equipment & Systems.
· Attend Owner/Operator Concerns during Defects & Liability/ Warranty Period;
· Performs punch listing on M&E Works and Architectural Works prior to Turn-Over
