• Advised Afghan Ministry of Mines & Petroleum in relation to the award and negotiation of mining concessions;
• Advised a Western Australian company on the Australian offshore oil & gas regulatory regime and key considerations for foreign investment;
• Advised a large Australian natural gas producer on a sole risk investment in an offshore LNG joint venture;
• Assisted APA Group on works contracts in relation to gas pipelines throughout Australia;

• Advised Destination Brisbane Consortium on a suite of project documents including a complex Interface Agreement and Development Management Agreement for the Queens Wharf Brisbane project.
• Advised Transport for NSW on the Regional Rail DBFM Project (PPP) to replace the entire New South Wales regional diesel rail fleet (comprising the Endeavour, XPLORER and XPT fleets).
