- Supervisor in charge of Sporting Turf Department, overseeing 10 different sporting venues with a total area of 32Ha, with 10 people under my management.
- Devised and implemented nutrition and amendment programs, and renovation programs.
- Instigated data collection programs to deal with turf quality via water quantity and quality issues, soil and leaf testing for nutrition programming, fertiliser and chemical spray records, and disease control.
- Implemented machinery maintenance procedures to help maintain fleet and plant assets.
- Chemical inventory and storage compliance control, and liaised with HR to ensure training for staff who conduct spraying applications.
- Acting Superintendent of Kalgoorlie Golf Course for a period of 2 months.
