Patrick Reeves

Throughout My career with TTI I have had a variety of different roles and responsibilities.

• From 29/04/2024 to present I have been a Key Lead for the transition to the Kemps DC. During the this time I was entrusted as the Lead for both Non Conveyables Dispatch and Internal Movements (CB) departments. I used this time to develop My experience in SAP, develop my leadership skills and create the ‘Print Station’ which allows all staff to easily create scannables and signage with prebuilt templates.
• From 18/11/2022 - 27/10/23 I was responsible for ‘managing’ the MHE Charging bay at the Eastern Creek DC. This included allocating MHE to staff, enforcing the area traffic plan, aswell as the changing and maintaining of MHE batteries all simultaneously. Through this I improved upon My leadership skills as well as My problem solving and communication skills.
• During My time at the Eastern Creek DC I was responsible for the coaching of many new and existing employees in every outbound process. Through this I improved My adaptability by catering my teaching to the individual.
• During my time at the Eastern Creek and Kemps Creek DC’s I have worked as ‘acting grade 3’ and have been responsible for site inductions, the allocation of work for the Milwaukee dispatch team, organisation of outbound staging, safety auditing of pallets in high racking.
• During My time at the Eastern Creek DC I was the Vice Captain of PM Shift’s biggest loser team for world health day, I was the biggest loser on our shift with 11.3kg and lost 27% of our teams total.
• During My time at the Kemps Creek DC I was chosen to represent the ‘People Of TTI’ in an artwork install for the Kemps Creek Training Room aswell as the Victoria Head Office.
