Applied knowledge of complex machining, alignment, and mechanical operations.
Fabricate, assemble, and install pressure safety valves, general valves, blinds, and tubing to complex mechanical systems.
Correspond with clients to identify and carry out work, implement repairs, suggestions and new installations according to customer requirements.
Coordinate movement of, equipment, parts and personnel both on site and in the workshop.
Interpret piping schematics, isometrics and installation drawings and understanding an array of symbols, reference lines and work points into actual installation applications.
Located and repair/ replace worn or broken components to enhance system functionality and durability.
Follow safe work practices at all times including; driving vehicles and machinery, general purpose and power driven tooling, and personal protective equipment.
Review and adjust appropriate JHA's and all other safety required documentation.
Experience on an array of shutdowns including INPEX/ING Darwin, DLNG Santos Darwin, Santos Surat basin region, Santos Narribri region, and Territory Generation power station
Experience working alongside colleagues ranging from apprentices to international vendors.
Experience working away from home, night-shift and 12 hour days.
