Outside and within my yoga studio I have over the last ten years facilitated classes and courses for Cancer Council WA and Neami National
I have had many consumers say how they had not tried yoga before and how much they enjoyed these classes. Even this morning I was speaking with a participant who attended Yoga yesterday for the first time. Because of past intravenous drug use she has limited feeling in her left arm. She said after yoga she had more sensation in this arm and was very excited to think there could be improvement in this.
