As the Coordinator of Family Health I was responsible for the end to end management of Maternal Child Health (MCH) and Immunisation services, ensuring high quality service delivery that aligned with community needs, legislative requirements and organisational goals.

I oversaw a multidisciplinary team, ensuring compliance with national health standards, conducting staff competency assessments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

I collaborated with key stakeholders including the local community, Department of health, Community Health organisations and internal teams to develop and inclement services strategies, monitor service data and report outcomes.

This role required strategic leadership, effective communication and a high level of judgement to address complete issues and to improve health outcomes for families in Melbourne.
