  • Club Services Manager/Club 10 is a Gymnastics Australia's program, very similar to ORS, Starclub Program
  • In my role as I supported Gymnastics Clubs throughout SA in the governance, administration and management of their clubs
  • I assisted these clubs establish risk management and quality assurance policies and procedures documents relevant to their needs
  • I thoroughly enjoyed this challenge witnessing the transformation of committees and clubs once they had achieved their Club 10 certification
  • I attended club committee meetings, worked one on one with committee members and made visual presentations to other sporting associations, one being Lacrosse SA
  • As Disability Project Officer, I introduced a school gymnastics program to South Australia for children with disabilities
  • The program was written in consultation with the Disability Education Officer through the South Australian Officer of Recreation and Sport
  • We enjoyed such successful resulting with primary schools booking for four successive terms
  • Some of the children attending these sessions were ready to join in mainstream gymnastics challenges/competitions
