  • Worked with vehicle purchasing team, reconditioning centre and logistics team to overhaul entire inventory and increased vehicle holdings from $1.9 million to $3.2 million while increasing profits from roughly $900 per unit to $2100 per unit
  • Oversaw period of growth taking EBITDA earnings from roughly $35000 to over $100,000 in just over 7 months
  • Was the number 1 salesperson in 4 of those 7 months across all sites
  • Achieved record profits for Fairfield site and set record of 60 unit sales in April 2024 beating all sites nationally

  • Introduced custom centralised software systems to hundreds of dealers nationally to bid for our business whilst simultaneously gaining data and insights on OEM pricing structures
  • This also included Motorscout Australia who is the largest vehicle procurement company in Australia
  • Oversaw our Australian Insurance Replacements business with Suncorp's group of insurers including Suncorp insurance, AAMI GIO, Shannons and Bingle developing new relationships with new car dealers through our inhouse custom built crm.
  • Built a portfolio of employers where I could market directly to their employees to increase sales and provide fleet vehicles for the companies themselves
  • This included cold calling, collaborating with marketing, HR and senior leadership teams of employers to produce appropriate promotional materials
  • These clients include Judo Bank, Stornoway, AMES Australia, Sportsradar, Banxa, Winterhalter and more
  • The combination of the broker/procurement channel in conjunction with portfolio of employers allowed me to sell 50-60 units sold per month which is roughly an extra $60,000 profit
  • Optimized internal processes for greater efficiency, streamlining workflows and reducing costs.
  • Negotiated contracts with vendors for optimal pricing, improving profit margins across the organization.

  • Intimate knowledge of anti-money laundering and KYC laws
  • Chief liaison between NAB and relevant state police which included court documentation and assisting in prosecution
  • This included CCTV footage of ATMs, branches and other external venues where allowed and necessary

  • This also included an internal process which was used nationally to simplify but more importantly speed up actions proactively

  • Managing expectations but also dealing with adversity was and remains a critical part of this role
  • Significant achievement was working with the executive leadership team and solutions architects to create a bank wide roadmap to sharing data across divisions to limit identity theft
  • This was rolled out and allowed for relevant information to be quickly linked across the majority of systems that we used allowing for non-fraud specific personnel and customer facing staff to quickly recognise fraudulent activity
