Electronics Technician

During my training to become an Electronics Technician, I honed my skills in fault finding and assessing electrical problems. This experience led me to the Break-Fix service industry where I developed software in the 1990s that measured and monitored KPIs of my workers and my business, Budget TV and Video Repairs. With a deep understanding of electronics and mechanical machinery, I quickly excelled in the industry, establishing strong and long-lasting relationships with leading manufacturers of white and brown goods such as Sony, LG, Samsung, as well as worldwide extended warranty companies like Bright Side (Harvey Norman) and Domestic and General.

I quickly learned that Customer Service is paramount in running any successful business and found it a natural progression to focus on the complete customer experience.

4 Wheel Driving

My hobbies included four wheel driving which utilised my Mechanical Skills as I repaired and build my custom 200 Series Toyota Land Cruiser.  This hobby  introduced me to four wheel drive clubs where I explored a lot of Australia and formed life-long friendships.
