I am in charge of the education and business development of Mortgage brokers in QLD and WA which includes mentoring new to industry brokers, assisting in business development of existing brokers to produce increase in business across the channel. Working closely with lenders to deliver training and education of Lender products within the broker channel.

Looking after a portfolio of Referrers such as Accountants, Financial planners , real estate agents etc. I operated in the capacity of a mortgage broker writing loans for referrer's who had gone dormant , my aim was to get all existing referrers to start referring again.
