I have a high level of ability to review and develop organisational Policies and Procedures. I am a detail-driven Manager, Compliance Officer and frontline worker focusing on maximizing service delivery, company compliance with applicable laws and standards as required by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and the NDIS. I am knowledgeable about internal controls, process evaluations and procedural reviews to ensure documentation and WHS protocols are followed and up to date. I am proficient the Microsoft office platform and have experience in various CRM systems. I consider myself reliable and at all times ready to participate in achieving company goals.
