I am a highly experienced leader in the Travel sector. Across 19+ years with Flight Centre Travel Group I have developed and implemented various successful product and sales strategies for multiple brands and divisions with a turnover of up to AUD$700m p.a.

With 16 years senior leadership and relationship management experience I know how to drive positive outcomes through mutually beneficial relationships and sales strategies for all stakeholders both internal and external while delivering on desired business outcomes.

As a leader I pride myself on providing my staff autonomy to achieve results balanced with professional development and have multiple past employees who have moved on to hold senior leadership roles throughout Flight Centre.
