Paul Mycroft

I am a skilled machinist who has a talent for being a leader and an innovator of new concepts. I especially like being part of a team that has a shared belief in doing the best job they can. I communicate effectively, and I can manage any situation that requires good problem-solving skills. I'm an effective leader who can motivate staff to achieve their goals. I have skills in driving scissor lifts, fork lifts, and cherry pickers, along with small excavators and construction/laboring experience. I currently have my White card Skilled Machine Operator Technician with background in manufacturing and production environments. Experience includes operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting various machinery to sustain optimal performance levels. Strengths lie in problem-solving capabilities, technical understanding of complex machinery, and adherence to safety protocols. Previous roles resulted in decreased downtime through efficient maintenance and repair skills.
