At ASM Global I was the Digital Strategy Manager and am responsible for creating dynamic and user friendly digital customer experiences and overseeing the delivery of solutions across all digital channels (CMS, EDM, SEO, SEM etc.) for ASM Global and their network of over 300+ venues worldwide.
I reported directly into the Chief Information Officer and interact closely with key staff including the CEO, GM’s, Group Marketing Managers and various digital professionals within each of the ASM Global managed venues. My responsibilities of this role vary across multiple IT and business disciplines including; Marketing, e-Commerce, Project Development, Design, Project Management, Content Management, vendor and client relationship management/consultation, training, technical/business documentation and live hands-on coding.
My role requires management and implementation expertise in relation to the production of digitally creative output for interactive media across arenas, stadiums, theatres and convention centres across the Globe and to also assist with ongoing website content updates, app development, digital marketing activities, training and monthly analytic reporting.
