After a short stint on the excavators I had progressed to become a leading hand and an fill in supervisor.

Supervising throughout the Yilgarn area where needed.

• Excavator operator in a coal production mining site
• Ensuring operation safety policies and procedures are adhered to
• Able to meet production targets
• Commutate affectively to crewmembers and supervisors
• Dig to design
• Maintain machine is in good operating condition.

• Production Supervisor of surface mining management experience, including cross-training and scheduling employees, ordering parts, record-keeping and meeting all production deadlines and client requirements.

• Carting metal, sand and lime throughout the WA State.

• Carting general freight and containers around Perth and metro areas.
