Register and prepare files for valuation, liaise with lenders, brokers, solicitors, agents, tenants and owners. Prepare reports and invoicing, background property investigations and checks.
Prepare and Lodge Development Applications With Council. Prepare Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates, and Occupation Certificates. Liaise with builders, trades, contractors, owners and local government. Check application completeness and compliance with relevant codes, policies.
Placing orders with trades & suppliers and scheduling construction, client liaison from tender to handover, property inspections, application preparation and lodgement and approval from service provers and other authorities as required.
