My experience in hospitality is based mostly
in events creation & coordination but also in customer service. I am polite and always have a sense of urgency that fits perfectly with the demands of this industry. A hardworking self-motivated with skills to work in a team, great communication, great desire to learn, organization skills with regard to assignments, adapt well to change I am constantly growing with regard to the excellence and commitment in my daily and professional life.
I consider myself a responsible, proactive, honest, organized, observant and capable of analysis and criticism; willing to work as a team to acquire new knowledge, able to achieve goals and achievements successfully The part that I enjoy the most about hospitality and customer service is dealing with people, attending them and meeting new cultures & ways of thinking.
