My name is Paula and I am looking to further my career within the Aged Care Industry. I am currently working as a Non Clinical Home Support Assessor.I have worked in the Aged Care industry for 10.5 years. I have accomplished 5 years as a Grade 4 Aged and Disability Support Worker and have been in my current role as a Home Support assessor for 5.5 years. I am certified and currently using the IAT System, and I was involved in the IAT trial held in Adelaide. I am experienced in dealing with all types of personalities, Cultures and abilities. I am able to meet KPI'S, able to work independently and with a team environment. I enjoy being able to engage with older Australians and support them with being able to remain living independently in their own home. When doing Reablements, I enjoy seeing that many clients have achieved their goals that they have set. I have a current working with Children Check and Police Check. I am a kind, reliable and trustworthy worker, I am eager to learn more each and every day. I am willing to do any training that is required for the position.
