In my current role as Property Coordinator, I lead a team of 22 men, ensuring all aspects of the Maintenance and Repairs of a 1000 bed Resort are attended and completed, adhering to OH&S & Compliance Regulations. As Front Office Manager, I supported 2 Teams with 16 staff - Reception and Porters – over a 24/7 period. This included Night Audit, Rostering and payroll, all aspects of Managing the Front Office - arrivals/departures and in-house guests, complaints, functions & events.
