To develop and manage qualitative and quantitative surveys with emphasis on student satisfaction related to the learning and teaching experiences at Murdoch University, with the goal of facilitating continuous improvement in the Higher Education sector. Key responsibilities and achievements include:

• Monitoring and maintaining survey design, data collection and results procedures by using Excel, Blue and Qualtrics software.
• Providing student satisfaction insights and action plans to academics and professional staff, to ensure issues are clear and addressed.
• Successfully performed a data engineering model to facilitate extraction, transformation, and analysis of survey data.
• Successfully developed multiple fully functional Power BI reports and dashboards to a broader audience including all teaching and professional staff members, giving them accessibility to survey results relevant to their teaching area.
• Effectively developed and managed up to 15 student surveys a year, including survey schedules, recipient lists, reminders, and ongoing participation reporting. Followed by data collection, cleansing, analysis, and publishing insights.

Worked as a part of the team, conducting everyday tasks with emphasis on promoting and maintaining wellbeing, quality of life and dignity.

• Provide daily care to over 15 residents in the low-care and dementia units.
• Maintain a 100% performance in administering medications, tracking dosages, and completing documentation.
• Report and suggest proactive ideas regarding changes in residents care needs during handovers.
• Participate as an onboard buddy for up to 10 new employees a year, resulting in satisfactory training outcomes.

Provided care and support to elderly clients in their homes as part of the home are packages (HCP) and Commonwealth home support package programs.

• Provide care interventions to a caseload of 10 clients. Worked with each client to meet their needs and received positive reviews for service satisfaction.
• Maintained 100% clean driving and safety records while transporting clients to medical appointments and shopping trips.
• Interacted with multicultural clients daily, promoting excellent communication and customer service skills.
