• Provide strategic oversight of service delivery across a multi site portfolio supporting youth and adults with complex physical, psychosocial and trauma related disabilities, accountable for financial performance, clinical governance, safeguarding and participant outcomes.
• Lead strategic performance across sites, ensuring alignment to NDIS Practice Standards, organisational risk frameworks and growth objectives.
• Hold oversight of safeguarding frameworks, restrictive practice governance, incident management and mandatory reporting obligations, ensuring timely escalation, investigation integrity and regulatory compliance.
