I have over the years acquired excellent technical skills in Laboratory Management that have driven vital project objectives in my previous and current roles.     • Spearheaded the implementation of a quality management system in the University Teaching Hospital-Haematology laboratory. The laboratory was recommended for international accreditation to ISO 15189 Standard
    • Provided laboratory quality management and accreditation mentorship at some provincial Hospital Was involved in the development of the National Guidelines for the management of Haemophiliacs
    • Spearheaded the management of non -conformities at University Teaching Hospital labs
    • Involved in the verification and validation of laboratory analyzers useful for the management of HIV patients. Example is the BD point of care machine for CD4 count and Hb level; Sysmex XT 2000i, Sysmex XT 4000i and Sysmex XN2000 analyzers for FBC
    • Developed a referral system and contingency plan for the management of full blood count (FBC) samples
    • Developed a working Turn Around Time (TAT) for FBC samples for effective management of patient.
    • One of the firstly trained users of DISA and e-logistic management systems
