Working 13 years as a chef in restaurant setting, I have decided to venture outside the kitchen walls and explore other opportunities. The ones that will ignite the fire in me to learn new things, enhance what I have skill wise and at the same time contribute to an industry that I am fascinated with. It’s the same desire that I apply 13 years ago as young eager cook to get in the thick of things and learn the ins and outs of the trade that leads me where I am now. Confident about myself and what I can bring to the table but humbled enough to want more, learn more and be trained. Moving forward I am looking for a new challenge in a new industry, something that I can dig my feet in and grow and prosper as a new career. Where in both of me and my new employer will benefit in the foreseeable future.
