As Sri Lanka GAP Farm Auditor, I have been integral to advancing agriculture quality assurance within the organization.

My primary responsibilities included,

Conductive comprehensive audits; I have audited farming operations to ensure adherence to Sri Lanka's Good Agricultural Practices( GAP) standards.

Training and Capacity Building; I have worked on workshops for farmers, enhancing their understanding of the best agricultural practices, pest management strategies, and sustainable farming techniques.

Data Analysis and Reporting; Data-driven approaches to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement, generating comprehensive reports that inform policy decisions and strategic planning.

Stakeholder Engagement; Coordinated with various stakeholders, including farmers. agricultural extension officers and regulatory bodies to promote awareness and adoption of GAP standards, fostering a collaborative approach to agricultural development.
