Project Description: Proposed 2 storey building with 3 basement comprising of baggage handling interchange and automated people movers station and depot for T2 connection at Changi airport T2

• Supervised diaphragm walls (D-walls), bored piles, and driven piles for deep foundations, ensuring compliance with drawings, method statements, and BCA standards. Monitored rebar cage lowering, depth confirmation, and bentonite quality, including Koden tests before concreting.
• Managed construction of runway and parallel taxiway pavement structures, including subgrade, asphalt base, surface course, and aircraft-rated concrete slabs with jointing systems.
• Supervised deep excavation and multi-level ERSS strutting works for tunnel construction in compliance with BCA standards and approved temporary works design, ensuring accurate installation.
• Supervised and Monitoring installation of Geotechnical Instrumentation for Inclinometer, Water stand Pipes, Piezometer, Tilt meters, Load cells, Strain guage and Ground settlement markers.
• Ensured site safety compliance with BCA and WSH regulations through regular inspections and coordination with the safety team.

Project Name: North South Corridor Tunnel and Viaduct N103

Project Description: Contract N103 Tunnel comprises the design, construction, and completion of approximately 640m (CH 2540 TO CH 3180) of twin-cell box / stacked vehicular tunnel structure and 2 nos. of associated exit/entry ramps.

• Supervised construction of diaphragm wall (D-wall) panels up to 60m deep, including guide wall preparation, trench excavation using grab rig, slurry control, and reinforcement cage installation and tremmie concreting.
• Coordinated deep excavation and Earth Retaining & Stabilizing Structures (ERSS) including multi-level steel strutting, walers, and toe support systems to ensure stability and compliance with LTA and geotechnical requirements.
• Supervised and monitored micro piling operations, including drilling, casing insertion, reinforcement cage installation, and grout injection, ensuring compliance with design and method statements.
• Supervised of Road construction Subgrade, Subbase, & Paving of Base course and Wearing course for carriageway.

Project Name: HDB Staging grounds

Project Description: (A)Proposed Earth Works at Hougang Town N1. (B) Proposed Construction of (PUB) Wide drain at Hougang Town N1.

• Supervised the installation of PUB heavy drains and sewer lines, including excavation, pipe laying, jointing, manhole construction, and backfilling in compliance with PUB standards and environmental regulations.
• Managed Earth Retaining & Stabilizing Structures (ERSS) for deep excavations, including design implementation and supervision of sheet piling, steel strutting, walers, and tiebacks to ensure excavation stability and safety.
• Coordinated with utilities authorities to identify and divert existing services during drain widening works, minimizing service disruption and ensuring safety.
• Reviewed and implemented ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), method statements, and risk assessments specific to drain construction.
• Witnessed a various test like Plate load Test, Nuclear Density Test, Tensile test, Bend & Re-bend test on steel reinforcement, MPI test.

Project Name: SAND MAN (Data Centre)

Project Description: Propose New Erection of 6-Storey Single user Data Centre.

• Supervised execution of bored piling works including setting out, drilling, casing installation, reinforcement cage lowering, and concrete pouring as per design specifications and method statements.
• Supervised and coordinated site activities for post-tensioned (PT) slab construction, including layout marking, tendon placement, stressing, and grouting in accordance with PT specialist and consultant specifications.
• Supervision of bore piles, jack-in piles, pile rectification, soil investigation, pile tests, excavation, reinforced works such as pile cap, column stump, slab, column, beams, and precast components.
• Coordinated the construction and installation of underground fuel tanks including excavation, base slab and walls waterproofing, backfilling, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Ensured dimensional accuracy, concrete quality, and safe sequencing during PT slab casting and stressing works.

Project Name: Alana 141

Project Description: Proposed Erection of 78 units of 3– story strata mixed Landed Housing Development with Basement Carpark.

• Ensured design and construction compliance with project specifications and statutory requirements.
• Planned and executed sub-structure and superstructure works, including earth retaining walls, reinforced concrete structures, and Bore piling works
• Supervised construction of swimming pools and deep excavation works for underground basement construction.
• Prepared and submitted documents to regulatory authorities with the assistance of a Professional Engineer.

Project Description: Proposed Phase 11A,11B,12 & 13 Conventional Housing development comprising 114 Units of 3-story terrace dwelling house.

• Supervised day-to-day site activities including structural, architectural, and MEP works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and BCA regulations.
• Reported daily and weekly progress to the Project Manager and highlighted site issues, delays, and required resources.
• Coordinated with subcontractors, consultants, and Resident Engineers (RE) to execute works as per project schedule and quality standards.
• Supervised and inspected Reinforced concrete works including rebar installation, formwork, casting activities.
