- Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

- Managing disciplinary matters to ensure compliance with all labour regulations and ensure that disciplinary actions are properly taken against employees who are involved with such incidents. Represents institute at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
- Handling the issues related to employee disputes & grievances, directing employees to solve their issues related to terms & conditions of employment under the guidance of the Director-General.
- Identify training needs of all employees and incorporate them into Annual Training Plans; Prepare Human Resources Development Plans and execute them promptly; Evaluate training resourcing with a view to optimizing cost, effectiveness, and return on investment for the organization.
- Plan, initiate, and follow up employee engagement activities and maintain high-quality services to ensure total public satisfaction at all levels.
- Writes separation notice for employees separating with cause and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
- Identifying responsibilities to be performed by employees and dividing them into departments or divisions to maximize organizational efficiency.
- Strategic Reporting to Top Management, preparing Standard Operating Procedures & policy planning in terms of key human resources functions, and assisting to verify that all firm and regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated.
- Assist the Manager HR to assess the company’s manpower requirements and take actions to meet them, maintain a professional relationship with employment and advertising agencies engaged with HR resourcing, conduct interviews to recruit and select candidates to the relevant positions and follow up the Recruitment and Selection Process.
- Open personnel files for new employees and ensure all necessary documents are available according to the checklist, update and maintain personnel files on a daily basis, feed new employee records to the HRIS system and register them to the Biometric scan device, assign employees to correct rosters, shifts, and payroll groups and maintain updated HRIS system
