• Monitor the health and well-being of residents and report any changes to medical staff.
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Help residents with mobility and physical exercises.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Participate in care planning and review meetings.
• Support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide end-of-life care and support to residents and their families.
• Assist with recreational activities and social events.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

• Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility issues
• Emotional Support: Provide companionship, emotional support, and social interaction to promote mental wellbeing
• Domestic Assistance: serving meals, serve and feed residents,
• Medication Management: Assist with medication reminders and administration under the direction Registered Nurses,
• Mobility Support: Help clients move around, transfer from bed to chair, or use equipment like wheelchairs or walkers.

• Diagnose and prescribe,

• Dispense medicine, provide therapy services,

• Provide advice on diet regulation as per Traditional Medicine,

•Keep proper Traditional Medicine Inventory,

• Prepare monthly report and display on bulletin.
