Undertaking a thorough Job Brief for each role, ensuring requirements are understood
Consulting with the hiring manager to provide advice on the market, best practice, rates, process, timelines etc.
Partner closely with Suppliers to assist them to understand all requirements, achieve timely responses, quality candidates and best practice in contract labour resourcing
Work closely with the PMO Hub Coordinators to ensure relevant information is shared, expectations & timelines are understood
Follow up all relevant parties throughout the resourcing cycle to ensure timely delivery
Review offers received for completeness, conduct negotiations with suppliers as appropriate to obtain the best market rates, and interact with the Hiring Manager to select the preferred candidates.
Ensure all activity & actions are recorded appropriately within the VMS (e.g. shortlisting, interviewing etc.).
