I have 12 Years of Experience in Dragon  Boat as a coach  and  in competition

 This sport is very physical it is excellent for the body and the mind

I train 3/4 times per week

Keeping fit via the Gym ,Walking and Swimming

I work at my fitness in the Gym 2/3 times per week .
