• Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations and learning activities within my designated room, ensuring a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children.
• Lead the development and implementation of educational programs, aligning with early childhood education standards and best practices to support the holistic development of children.
• Mentor and guide a team of childcare educators in planning and executing educational activities, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Engage in effective communication with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their children's progress and wellbeing.
• Implement innovative teaching strategies and materials to enhance the learning experience and accommodate diverse learning needs and styles.
• Conduct regular assessments of children's development and learning, adapting educational plans to meet individual needs.
• Manage administrative tasks related to room management, including compliance with health and safety regulations and documentation of children's development.
