-Responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes, including the management of house shopping, medication, continence aids, and consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels are always maintained.
-Complete induction paperwork, Lead Shadow Shift training and provide ongoing supervision and guidance
to new Support Workers.
-Proactively follow up with Support Workers to address any missing or incomplete documentation, ensuring
that all records are comprehensive and up to date.
-Increase the skills and knowledge of the Support Workers through training and development
programs, identifying any gaps in skills or knowledge.
-Foster a culture of innovation to find new and better ways to support participants with complex disabilities
