  • Countrywide Freightlines is a medium sized linehaul company servicing many remote mine sites in the Goldfields and Pilbara regions of Western Australia.
  • I ran this company almost autonomously as the Owner and Director lives in New South Wales.
  • Duties included Hiring , Firing, Driver Training , Inductions,, Trip Scheduling, OH&S, Fatigue Management, Toolbox Meetings and Vehicle Service Scheduling.
  • Continuously maintaining and implementing correct Policies and Procedures.
  • After the Covid border opened the Owner who also has a large Construction business in NSW decided to downsize Countrywide Freightlines.
  • I interviewed and trained my replacement before looking for a new challenge.
