• My role was to grade the RTIO (Hamersley Iron) access road between Dampier and Tom Price.
• Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to different terrains and weather conditions while operating grading equipment, maintaining productivity levels.
• Operated grader machinery safely, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines to minimize accidents on the job site.
• Assisted in training and mentoring new grader operators, sharing expertise and best practices to enhance overall team performance.
• Ensured smooth road surfaces with precise grading techniques, resulting in improved travel conditions.

• Operated Kenworth trucks in the cartage of salt from the salt pond to the dumper.
