Having sold an englobo site in Gwandalan on behalf of Rio Tinto to Andrew Smith of Scape in 2017, I then contracted with Scape to assist with the masterplan and direct the marketing strategy. We developed the sales collateral and went to market with stage 1 of 113 residential lots in May 2020 and then released stage 2 in June 2021. Both stages sold out well before completion.
We then built a display and set up a sales team to run the project and launch stage 3, it was at this point I left the project in a strong poistion.
