  • Acted as the Enterprise Architect which supported and developed InfraCo Infrastructure proposals which aligned to the Telstra Intercompany Agreements.
  • Presented proposals to InfraCo Executives and C-Suite customers to obtain endorsement on proposals and strategy.
  • Led the InfraCo program under to support the Telstra corporate restructure to determine how large bids would be managed between the new entities within the Telstra Group. This included creating new processes, commercial templates, and pricing methodologies to migrate bid responses to a pricing-based construct from 2023 onwards.
  • Developed and led the creation of the InfraCo pre-sales Commercial Model across all InfraCo Asset Verticals, to allow the InfraCo governance process to be augmented into Telstra Channels, to support new business opportunities thus reducing Telstra brand exposure & increasing Telstra profitability.
  • Created new InfraCo Deal Approval Papers to brief senior executives, thus guiding executives to make decisions on each individual sales opportunity more efficiently covering risk management, sales strategy & profitability.
  • Led the pre-sales transformation program within Telstra InfraCo, to simplify the pre-sales governance processes. This included assigning bid resources more efficiently, developing a risk/issue framework & creating a simplified rate card across InfraCo Services used in bids, with the intent to reduce overall cycle time. Program resulted in a 22% yearly reduction in bid cycle time and an increase in customer & stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Created the InfraCo cost model used across all Verticals catering for new proposals including Infrastructure elements across Facilities Management, Fibre and Tower and Poles requirements.
  • Led Retrospectives to improve the current InfraCo Bid Management model using in-flight deals to look to reduce cycle times and win rates across SpaceX and Amazon bids.
  • Led the InfraCo response to support the Viasat Whole of Business Contract with Telstra Enterprise which resulted in the acquisition of the $1.2bn of revenue across the Telstra Group. Included solutioning, commercial and pricing elements.
  • Supported the development of the Wamarra Intercapital Fibre Business Case to ensure all cost drivers were included via the delivery partners and internal resources in the final model thus mitigating any downstream scope creep.
  • Managed Bid Managers within the team, ensuring all development targets and business improvement initiatives are monitored & managed. Oversaw an increase in employee engagement from 72% to 81%.
  • Developed IT tools to support Bid Management workflow across InfraCo which provided real time analysis of stages, profitability, and resourcing requirements.
