However I did contract a few Bank Reclamation sales while at Sell Lease through a company called MERC Mortgage and Estate Realisation Company where I took on a role of coordinating the complete refurbishment of those properties coordinating and submitting quotes from trades and overseeing completion of works to bring the properties to a presentation level that best presented them to the Market

The business was started as an asphalt maintenance business doing pothole repairs hiring a vehicle and machinery It quickly grew into a construction business with owning multiple trucks vehicles bobcat and other machinery
Building carparks and roadways for private clients across Perth I Quoted all clients, estimated all materials machinery and labour Quoted all subcontractors and oversaw all aspects of construction from base levels to drainage kerbing and finished carpark with lighting and line marking. Many of the carparks and completed contracts I still see today incuding schools hotels apartment complex's and commercial premises.
The previous work record goes back 30 years in that time I have never had to use a resume or really apply for any work other than every listing I achieved in real estate was like a job interview with clients choosing me sometimes over up to 5 other agents competing for their contract to sell their property. In that time I was the Region champion while working with Acton Fremantle and one of their highest achieving agents and in the top 2/3 agents for SLP while with them.
The organisation and people skills I think give me a very good background to work within a team environment
Prior to that I travelled Australia working sometimes 6 or 12 months at a time in different locations in everything from deckhand shearing team rouseabout mustering as well as several stints as a storeman for electrical wholesale companies like Hayman electrical in the NT and MM electrical when I first got back to Perth
This gave me a backgound in Logistics while supplying electrical construction materials and components statewide for those companies
I also worked for Kwikasair in Alice springs servicing the mining industry and clients across the state with frieght I also did a stint as a Comet delivery driver in in Roxby Downs South Australia and K& S transport when I first got back to Perth
I was a leading hand for a company called Welded Mesh in Kewdale before a short stint in real estate for the first time in the early 90's
I have had a HR truck license since I was 19 and used it at various times extensively with my asphalt business and then at various times over my real estate career as a stopgap at times when commission only created a cashflow issue or when starting with new companies before building my pipeline of comm I also used a forklift extensively with all the transport and storeman jobs although the ticket for forklift has expired I believe I can get a ticket again from a training provider quite easily.
Similarly I can apply for a PTD and another tickets required.
