I began part time work with Lumia projects since January 2024, Upon the successful completion of my Higher School Certificate and graduation in September 2024. I began fulltime work with Lumia projects to gain work experience and knowledge within the building and construction industry. This work was placed on site in Ashfield, the construction of luxury 25 million dollar apartments with a underground basement. At Lumia Projects i was guided by the onsite foreman's gaining useful knowledge and problem solving techniques, aswell as how to successfully create safe working environments and control and eliminate hazards that may arise whilst working on site.

- Assisted in the earth excavation for the basement
- Assisted in the formwork and steel application for the slab on ground and basement walls
- Assisted in the formwork for the transfer slab aswell as the complex steel reinforcement application and volume
- Assisted in the installation of Bondek structural sheeting and formwork for OSD Tanks
- Concrete pouring all stages of the transfer slab, measuring concrete needed, organising trucks.
- Assisted in the construction of Block walls and application of steel bars, aswell as forming the columns for concrete
- Using a kibble/concrete pump to block fill and vibrate walls and columns
- Maintained clean and organized job sites, contributing to a safe working environment for all employees.
- Worked with more knowledgeable professionals to grow understanding of principles and construction standards.
- Gathered and disposed of worksite debris to remove safety hazards.
