My proactive approach has led to significant acquisitions, notably in LFRBG and high-rise residential projects, showcasing my negotiation skills and financial acumen. My collaborative efforts ensure seamless project implementations, highlighting my ability to drive success.
More recently over past 3 years I have undertaken consultancy work for GWH Group in providing solutions to connect to a wider range of financiers, valuers and quantity surveyors. Part of my role has also been to mentor GWH Build employees around interfacing and streamlining their negotiations with both internal and external business partners with aim of improving productivity outputs and assist improve their industry knowledge in a more wholistic way.
