Preparing and reviewing of Month end and Year end Financial Statements including Profit & Loss Reports, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Report and Tax Reconciliations compliance with AASB and IFRS.

Ensured 100% accuracy in financial transactions by reconciling foreign currency receipts, forward exchange contracts, weekly gains/losses, and risk exposure.
Maintained Fixed Asset Registers, complying with the Standards.
Provided valuable insights to management by tracking key performance indicators and cost reports for management reporting.
Formulating Stock on Hand reports and revaluation of stock based on age, expiry date and saleability. Advising management and the sales department on aged stock and the cost of holding that stock.
Examining Daily Cash Flow position/movements advising and recommending to the CFO on action required to minimize interest cost and ensure financial covenants are met at all times.
Contributed to the successful completion of 5 year-end statutory audit by a Big Four company with no adverse finding. The last two years involving revenue in excess of 500M per annum.
Supported the CFO with special projects and ad-hoc tasks, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach to work.
