  Skilled in blueprint reading, layout, metal cutting, grinding, and fit-up for bulkheads, decks, frames, and foundations.
  Experience in confined spaces, hot work permitting, and OSHA/shipyard safety compliance.
  Collaborating with welders, riggers, and other trades on milestone-driven naval shipbuilding projects.
