Manage the day to day running of the projects team. Provide a key interface between Provision Group, its field technicians and the partner companies. Directly manage all large and complex projects.

• Lead the project managers through day to day activities including training, support and guidance.
• Drive company projects to invoice stage to achieve monthly targets.

• Preparation and submission of all variations to the specified contract.
• Interpreting, customising and design of AV schematics and wiring diagrams.

• Technical and problem solving assistance to Field Technicians and Client technical teams.
• Hold toolbox meetings with Project Managers and Field Technicians.
• Understanding and commitment to industry Safety procedures & requirements.
• Develop and manage the correct implementation of SWMS across all projects.
• Perform onsite installation work and/or management when required and to also keep up to date with best practices and new technology.
• Lead commissioning and programming resources.
• Conduct training sessions for end user clients and IT teams

• Installation services – video walls, audio/video/control/data cabling, displays, speakers, CCTV, cameras, microphones, wifi, automation, equipment racks, LAN network cabling, termination & testing.

• Successfully completed several audio visual projects on behalf of various local audio visual integration businesses in South-East Qld and northern NSW.
• Implemented multiple 'new' installation techniques to improve quality and reduce install duration.
• Trained company employees in general AV knowledge and advanced installation techniques.
• Assisted contracting company with refining back-office procedures and procurement.

Engaged full-time as a freelance site and project manager on large scale corporate/commercial projects by one of the UK's leading professional audio visual integrators.

Working closely with my client's dedicated management, admin, sales, design and technical departments/operatives to complete high quality, very large scale (GBP 5M+) and technically complex audio visual projects.

Direct management of multiple onsite operatives including installers, commissioning technicians, programmers, draftspeople and project admin staff.

Initially started with Foresight as a technician performing installation projects from cabling to commissioning & programming. Role evolved into Lead Technician & Project Manager for all audio visual installation projects and direct line manager for the installation team & rack-build departments.
