· Management / oversight of staff recruitment, workload allocations for staff, and staff performance and career development planning
· Liaise with, and advise the school executive on strengths and emerging issues within the discipline
· Leadership of the accreditation cycle for the Master of Speech Pathology program through Speech Pathology Australia.
